The PIR will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strict protocols for pharmaceutical storage, ensuring inventory accuracy, and overseeing the secure movement of drugs within clients supply chains. This role will also drive adherence to FDA, DEA, and state regulations, while applying best practices for safety and compliance. Additionally, the PIR will collaborate with technology teams to optimize tracking systems and temperature monitoring, ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical integrity.

This role will oversee program performance by analyzing student and workforce data, build strategic workforce development and collegiate partnerships, and represent BridgePort at conferences and outreach events. The Training Coordinator will also manage trainers, curriculum developers, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement of our programs.
